Job Description The Affirmative Litigation Division of the New York City Law Department is accepting applications for an Intellectual Property litigator. The Intellectual Property litigator will handle both affirmative and defensive intellectual property litigation, particularly trademark litigation relating to the City’s marks and infringement of those marks.
